African Adventure: Samburu, Nakuru & Maasai Mara
Embark on an unforgettable adventure through Kenya's most iconic landscapes. You'll begin in Nairobi, the urban heart of the country, before heading into the wild at Samburu National Park, home to unique species found only in northern Kenya.
Next, you'll visit the Ol Pejeta Conservancy, a pioneering conservation sanctuary where you can meet the last northern white rhinos on the planet and enjoy a responsible, ethical safari experience. The journey continues to Lake Nakuru, celebrated for its pink flamingos and sweeping views of the Rift Valley.
The trip reaches its peak at the legendary Maasai Mara, stage of the Great Migration and one of the richest ecosystems in the world, where you'll experience sunrises filled with wildlife and endless African sunsets. You'll return to Nairobi with a soul full of experiences and memories of Africa at its purest.
ITINERARY SUMMARY
WELCOME TO NAIROBI
Karibu Kenya! On arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, our representative will meet you and accompany you to your hotel in the city. The rest of the day is free to rest or explore Nairobi at your own pace.

NAIROBI TO SAMBURU
After breakfast, your road adventure north begins, heading towards Samburu Reserve, a journey of around six hours through arid landscapes and authentic local villages. You'll arrive in time for lunch and, in the afternoon, relax at the lodge before heading out on your first game drive at sunset.

A full day to explore the wild beauty of Samburu National Park, home to unique species like Grevy's zebra, the Beisa oryx, and the reticulated giraffe. You can choose between two game drives, one at dawn and one in the afternoon, or a full-day safari with a picnic lunch on the open savannah.

ON TO OI PEJETA SANCTUARY
After breakfast, you'll set off for Ol Pejeta Conservancy, a pioneering conservation sanctuary and former private ranch at the foot of mighty Mount Kenya. Here you'll have the chance to visit the famous chimpanzee sanctuary or meet the last northern white rhinos on Earth. A moving and truly one-of-a-kind experience.

OI PEJETA TO LAKE NAKURU
After breakfast, you'll head towards Lake Nakuru in the heart of the Rift Valley. After lunch, you'll go out on safari through the park, famous for its pink flamingos, rhinos, and stunning natural beauty.

RUMBO AL MASÁI MARA
An early breakfast and then you'll set off for the jewel of Kenya: the Maasai Mara National Reserve. Along the way you'll enjoy spectacular views of the Great Rift Valley. You'll arrive at camp in time for lunch and, in the afternoon, head out on your first game drive in one of the richest ecosystems on the planet.

A FULL DAY IN THE MASAI MARA
A full day of safari in the legendary Maasai Mara. Choose between two game drives, morning and afternoon, or a full day with a picnic lunch on the savannah to discover the most remote corners and witness wildlife at its most spectacular.

LLEGADA A KENIA
After one final sunrise on the savannah and breakfast, you'll make your way back to Nairobi through the volcanic landscapes of the Rift Valley. On arrival, you'll transfer to Jomo Kenyatta International Airport for your return flight home.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
International flights
For the safari, arrival must be through Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (NBO) in Nairobi or Moi International Airport (MBA) in Mombasa. If you choose the Zanzibar extension, you can fly directly from Zanzibar International Airport (ZNZ).
Visa
A visa is required to travel to Kenya. We can manage the application process for you from €125. Alternatively, it can be arranged upon arrival at the airport.
Vaccinations
Currently, no vaccinations are mandatory for entry into Kenya unless you have visited a yellow fever endemic country within the six months prior to travel. We recommend consulting your nearest tropical medicine center for the latest health advice.
Malaria
No mandatory treatment is required. However, we strongly recommend visiting an international vaccination center for professional advice regarding malaria prevention and other travel health recommendations.
