ENFORCEMENT PROCEDURE
If, after submitting a request for accessible information or a complaint, it is rejected, or you disagree with the decision, or the response does not meet Article 12.5 requirements, the interested party may file a claim. A claim may also be filed if no response is received within twenty working days.
Claims may be submitted through the General Registry of the Electronic Headquarters of the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Digital Transformation, as well as through the other options provided under Law 39/2015 of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations. Claims will be received and handled by the Subdirectorate General for Inspection of Services of the Ministry.
