PRIMATES AND SAVANNA
8 DAYS IN UGANDA
TRIP SUMMARY
On this 8-day expedition you will experience Uganda’s ultimate contrast: from impenetrable rainforest to wide-open savanna plains.
Your route begins by following the energetic echoes of chimpanzees in Kibale, before entering the domain of Queen Elizabeth National Park. There you will enjoy classic game drives among herds of elephants and a peaceful boat safari along the Kazinga Channel, rich with hippos.
The experience intensifies as you search for the rare tree-climbing lions of Ishasha, before culminating in the misty depths of Bwindi, where you will face the majesty of mountain gorillas in their last wild stronghold.
